We are a forward thinking, progressive and dynamic organisation. As part of our continuing growth plans, we are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Paralegal to join our Family team at Lincoln.

The role:
The ideal candidate will hold/be working towards a degree in Law or CILEX qualification, have a real passion for family work and a good level of experience/knowledge in this area.
In addition, you will work with the departments Marketing Policy to promote and enhance the good reputation and business of the company, build relationships and client base.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Client liaison and assisting with enquiries;
• Attendance upon clients in appropriate circumstances
• Research
• Attendance at Court with Counsel
• Supporting all Lawyers within the Department across all offices.
Hours of Work: Monday – Friday 9am – 5.15pm (36.25)
Location: Lincoln
