Charlotte Corbyn joins Chattertons

We are delighted to have recently welcomed Charlotte Corbyn to Chattertons.

Charlotte specialises in Private Client matters, with a current focus on trusts and trust administration. She brings with her a broad knowledge of elderly client matters including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Care Fees Advice, Inheritance Tax Planning and Probate.

With 15 years of experience, Charlotte has gained a wealth of knowledge and insight into all areas of Private Client work. She is a member of the Solicitors for the Elderly and is also a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. She is passionate about advising clients, with a true focus on achieving their aims.

Charlotte is based at our Stamford office and joins the specialist Trusts Team. She enjoys the challenges that this area of law provides, with a mix of taxation, careful drafting and practical consideration. She will be able to assist clients in preserving their assets, give certainty that they are inherited by their loved ones and to ensure this is achieved in a tax efficient manner.

She looks at using both lifetime trusts as well as trusts included in Wills, and creates bespoke trusts for life insurance, to create an all-encompassing solution for clients.

Charlotte also works closely with Chattertons Wealth Management Limited to maximise the benefits clients' can achieve from sound financial planning.
