Family team expands at Chattertons

The Chattertons Stamford office has recently welcomed a new solicitor to their Family Law department. Nick Robertshaw, who qualified in 2008, will be dealing with a wide range of Family matters at Chattertons Solicitors; including divorce and financial disputes, pre-nuptial agreements, children matters as well as advising cohabitees on relationship breakdown and dependants under the Inheritance Act.

Nick has acted for a number of high net worth individuals in the Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire area as well as for City clients. This has included advising on complex disputes involving business assets, off-shore trusts as well as military and police pensions.
