New initiative celebrates employees

A new initiative at Chattertons Solicitors and Wealth Management has got off to a great start as Boston employee wins the first employee of the month award.

The Support Staff Employee of the Month scheme was introduced in January of this year to celebrate everything from continuous hard work to demonstrating outstanding achievement or improvement.

All team members across the company are invited to nominate a support staff employee on a monthly basis. The winner is chosen by CEO, Edward Conway, who says, “the scheme is now entering its second month and we are so pleased we are able to recognise the brilliant achievements of our staff, just reading all of the nominations is enjoyable in itself. We look forward to continuing the initiative and celebrating a different team member each month.”

Beth Periam, who has worked for Chattertons for 30 years at both of the Boston offices, was awarded Support Staff Employee of the Month in January, for her outstanding performance and supporting other areas of the practice. Beth was presented with an Award and an extra day’s holiday.
