Nick Robertshaw joins the Family Team

Nick qualified as a solicitor in 2008. He deals with a wide range of Family matters including divorce and financial disputes, pre-nuptial agreements, Schedule 1 applications, child custody disputes as well as advising cohabitees on relationship breakdown and dependants under the Inheritance Act.

Nick has acted for a number of high net worth individuals in the Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire area as well as for City clients. This has included advising on complex disputes involving business assets, off-shore trusts as well as military and police pensions. These matters have involved assets of several million pounds, with one case where there were assets in excess of £200m.

Out of the office Nick spends most of his time with his two young children. However, when he gets the opportunity he enjoys cycling, running and football.
