Stroke Association - Boston Parkrun

David Chambers, the inspiration behind Chattertons Charity of the Year 2022, took part in his 61st Parkrun on Saturday. With Beth, his daughter being home they wanted to do something as a family, and this fitted the bill and at the same time raised awareness of Strokes.

The Parkrun at Witham Park, Boston is a free, fun, and friendly weekly 5k community event. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate – it’s up to you!

David said, “I honestly feel without the support and care I have received from the Stroke Association I would not have achieved this in the time frame I have.”
