Sarah Lidgett

Area of Expertise: Construction Law – contentious and non-contentious advice on all construction matters including drafting construction documentation for construction projects and advising on resolving construction disputes.

Sarah drafts building contracts and associated documentation for a variety of construction projects.  She also helps clients to resolve their disputes through adjudication, mediation and the Technology and Construction Court.  Sarah is approachable and responsive, offering practical assistance to guide clients through the process and the tricky pitfalls of the industry.
