Chattertons' expands the Commercial Property team with 2 new Partner hires

Chattertons Solicitors & Wealth Management are delighted to announce the recent appointment of 2 new Partners to its growing Commercial Property team at Stamford office.

The new appointments further strengthen Chattertons Commercial Property Department, which is one of the largest in the region with experts covering the legal markets of Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire, Rutland, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, and Nottinghamshire.

MEET THE NEW PARTNERS

Sam East is an experienced commercial property lawyer and advises on all aspects of commercial property, both freehold and leasehold.

She has a particular focus on complex acquisitions and disposals, portfolio work (including portfolio acquisitions, disposals, financing and management), option agreements, overage and landed estates.  Sam also has considerable experience in the provision of support to the corporate team on the acquisition or disposal of companies where property is involved and in the provision of development and investment funding by financial institutions.

Ann-Marie Clow is an experienced commercial property lawyer with a keen eye for detail.  She advises on all aspects of commercial property, with a particular specialism in landlord and tenant transactions, property portfolio management and the sales and acquisitions of commercial property.  Ann-marie is also very experienced in providing corporate support to the corporate team on the acquisition and disposal of businesses with property involvement.
