Family Solicitor joins Newark team

Local legal firm, Chattertons, is pleased to welcome Sameena Alladin to their Family Department. She has recently joined the Firm after Chattertons acquired the practice of Henry Thompson & Sons (Grantham) in March. Sameena is based at the Firm’s Newark office.

Sameena has specialised in Family and Matrimonial matters since qualifying as a solicitor in 1998.  Her areas of practice include all aspects of Private Law children issues such as arrangements for contact and residence; financial issues such as settlements and agreements after a relationship breakdown; pre-nuptial/post-nuptial agreements; divorce/civil partnership proceedings; separation and cohabitation agreements. Sameena aims to achieve a conciliatory outcome but has a robust approach and will assist with Court proceedings when necessary. Sameena is a member of Resolution (Solicitor's Family Law Group).

Away from work, Sameena is a Trustee of the Board of Citizens Advice South Lincolnshire and a Law Society accredited All Issues Family Mediator.
