Chattertons Expands Medical Negligence Team

We are delighted to announce that our medical negligence team is expanding with the recruitment of Katherine Cairns.

Katherine is a solicitor specialising in clinical negligence claims. She will be assisting Partner, Ben Ellis, with complex claims involving serious birth, brain and spinal injuries, as well as managing her own caseload.

As Ben explains, 'From missed targets and long waits for treatment to investigations into inadequate care, barely a day goes by when the difficulties in our health and care systems are not reported in the media. Sadly as result, we are receiving ever increasing enquiries from people whose lives are being impacted by these problems.
