Internal Recruiter - Lincoln and/or Stamford

The role:

This is a newly created role which will contribute to the business's growth plans. The role will include recruitment at all levels including graduate placements. The ideal candidate will be a positive, friendly and enthusiastic individual with good attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Use of job boards where appropriate
  • Review and implement processes and procedures around recruitment
  • Attraction – preparation of role profiles, social media posts, recruitment campaigns
  • Screening and selection – carrying out screening activities and putting forward the best candidates to the hiring manager
  • Networking with potential candidates and using platforms such as Linkedin
  • Produce regular MI reports and analysis
  • Where agency use is necessary develop and maintain agency relationships and ensure terms and conditions are agreed and reviewed
  • Work collaboratively with the HR team
  • Any other ad-hoc duties.

Hours of Work: 9.00 am – 5.15 pm Monday – Friday (36.25 hours)
Location: Lincoln and/or Stamford  
Salary: Dependant upon experience

Qualifications:

5 x GCSE Passes at grade C or above.  

Recruitment experience.

Previous experience within a Legal Practice or professional office environment.

 

Knowledge:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

 

Skills:

Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Structured and organised. 

Excellent communication skills.

 

Competencies:

Proactive and organised.

 

Attributes:

Willing to be flexible to meet the needs of the business.

Smart and presentable.
