Chattertons Charity Quiz Night - Boston 2023

Our popular Charity Quiz Night returned on Thursday 23^rd November 2023 at Boston United FC.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended. With your help, we raised a fantastic £1040 for our Charity of the Year, Dementia UK! Thanks to Peter Storey from Barclays Bank's involvement, the bank will also match fund about half of this from its charitable fund, making even more money for Dementia UK

Fifteen teams battled it out with quiz questions from the Chair of our Charity Committee Katherine Bunting with a banking and finance round and local Boston Landmarks picture round provided by Peter Storey.

The team from Boston College and Lincolnshire County Council, The Knights that Say "Ni", took first place with a great performance on 79.5 points. A close second on 77 were the Quizzy Rascals from Barclays Bank, and third on 75 were Lincolnshire Poachers, also from Boston College, closely followed on 74 by the team from Boston's homeless charity, Centrepoint Outreach.

A huge thank you also to everyone at Boston United FC for the great food, service and arrangements for us on the night.
