Chattertons welcome back David John as a partner to its Dispute Resolution Team

Chattertons Solicitors & Wealth Management have welcomed back David John as a partner to its Dispute Resolution Team. The appointment further strengthens the firms Dispute Resolution presence in Boston as David brings with him a wealth of litigation experience to assist the Firm's personal and business clients.

David is able to offer advice to clients on matters ranging from disputes about legal ownership of land, boundaries, rights of way, Party Wall issues, property sales and the division of the net sale proceeds (where separating couples need to realise their interest in a property) or disputes between landlord and tenants (including possession claims/eviction due to arrears of rent or other breaches, lease renewals, forfeiture of a Lease, dilapidations and service charge disputes, service of 1954 Act notices etc) to contractual disputes, contested Wills and Estates and debt collection

David recognises that court proceedings can be daunting but with his pragmatic approach he is able to guide clients through the process to achieve their individual goals.

David brings over 30 years of experience as a Dispute Resolution Lawyer to the Team here at Chattertons.
