National Apprenticeship Week 2025
National Apprenticeship week, 10-15 February, brings together businesses and apprentices across the country to shine a light on the positive impact that apprenticeships make to individuals, businesses and the wider economy.
At Chattertons, we understand the importance of training and give our staff the opportunity to develop throughout their careers. We recently introduced the Graduate Solicitor Apprenticeship Programme internally, providing an alternative to traditional routes to solicitor qualification and our first group started their programme in January.
The 30-month programme consists of five legal practice modules studied over 20 months, with the remainder of the programme focusing on professional practice skills coursework, preparation and sitting the End Point Assessment (SQE1 and SQE2).
The apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience while working towards qualification as a Solicitor.
